Quality Assurance / Quality Control
We are a NZ Certified Fabricator (SFC), so you can rest easy in the knowledge that we manufacture structural steelwork according to international best practice. SFC certified fabricators must demonstrate to an independent auditing body that they have the appropriate quality management systems in place to control the critical fabrication process.
Cambridge Steel Fabricators and Engineers utilises industry-leading management software including StruMIS and Tekla which provides optimal project traceability from estimate through to construction and ensures an efficient flow of information. These two systems enable Cambridge Steel Fabricators and Engineers to productively manage the fabrication process and provides the means to deliver projects error free and on time.
We continue to drive improvement and innovation based on efficient business processes and best practice with the aim of fully satisfying our customer expectations of hassle-free steel construction.
Company Data
Our core team consists of 42 full-time employees in the operations area and 20 employees in the sales and support area. Our operations team utilises qualified trade sub-contractors as required to meet customer requirements.
We continue to service the North Island from our Cambridge-based workshop.
